The Sara and Warren Welch Foundation Educational Benefit Program is designed to provide, on an objective and non-discriminatory basis, college, university and vocational school scholarship loans to graduates of the Big Spring  School District, who are fulltime students at educational institutions for at least six calendar months during each calendar year.  For answers to your questions, application requests, or contact names, simply click on the boxes to the left.  Please feel free to contact us for any information not provided here.
